The magnet chamfers are either single surface magnetic or durable surfaces magnetic.Triangle Magnet Chamfer is a magnetic tool used on precast concrete formwork for premaking concrete slabs with 45 °bevel edges. Trapzoid magnet chamfer are used to  premake trapezoid notches.
